1. Payment & Pricing
All prices are in Robux (R$) only. Payment is accepted via Group Funds or Non-Group Funds (Gamepass/T-Shirts).
Listed prices are estimates. The final price will always be confirmed in writing before any work begins. You can contact me via Discord, e-mail, or any social account listed in the sidebar. Please include your Order ID from the PDF.
A +30% Roblox platform tax applies to Non-Group Fund orders below R$ 10,000. Group Fund orders have this tax fully waived.
2. Risk-Free Start & Milestones
No upfront payment is required for projects under 10,000 Robux, allowing you to review initial progress.
For projects valued at 10,000 Robux or above, a standard 25% upfront commitment fee is required to initiate development.
I reserve the right to modify upfront requirements on a case-by-case basis. Depending on mutual discussions and project trust, an upfront fee may be requested or completely waived.
The total number of milestones and payment percentages may vary depending on the project's scale, but the standard initial milestone remains 25% unless agreed otherwise.
3. Delivery & Timelines
All delivery estimates are in workdays, not calendar days.
Pending Phase: If paying via Non-Group Funds, exactly 7 days are added to the estimated delivery time to account for Roblox's mandatory pending wait period.
Final Delivery: The final product is strictly delivered ONLY after all Robux clears the pending phase and arrives safely in my account or group.
Delays may occur due to technical complexity or unforeseen circumstances. Significant delays will be communicated via Discord.
4. Refund Policy
No refunds are issued for completed milestones once development on that milestone has started.
If you cancel during a milestone, no future charges will apply, but paid fees are non-refundable.
Chargebacks, Roblox disputes, or forced reversals initiated without prior discussion will result in an immediate and permanent ban from future commissions.
5. Scope of Work
Project requirements, deliverables, pricing, and the scope of work are discussed and mutually agreed upon through the selected communication method before any payment is requested or accepted.
Features not discussed and agreed upon before payment may incur additional charges or may be declined entirely.
Significant mid-project scope changes may affect both delivery time and total cost.
6. Revisions
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included at no additional cost per project.
Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed scope only — new features, redesigns, or significant changes are not revisions.
7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Upon full payment received, you own the delivered scripts for use in your Roblox project.
Re-selling the delivered scripts as-is to third parties without significant modification is strictly prohibited.
Unless the "Allow Social Usage" campaign is active or a strict NDA is agreed upon, I retain the right to showcase non-confidential portions of the work in my portfolio and social media.
8. Communication
Official communication and file delivery may take place through any contact method listed on this website, including email, Discord, and other available platforms.
Typical response time is 24–48 hours, depending on workload. Response times are not guaranteed.
9. Liability
I am not responsible for any loss of revenue, players, data, or game performance resulting from the use of delivered scripts.
Roblox platform issues, moderation actions, game bans, or policy changes are entirely outside my control and do not entitle refunds.
